Completely agree. The fact his punchable face is still in the building says volumes. My guess is that Lewis family will act as soon as they know what league they will be in next season. Either way, I don't want Lange buying players for us in the Premier League or the Championship. He's a useless cunt who has blagged his way into a senior role twice.
no idea what the guy does. Is it just transfer strategy? I thought as tech advisor he would be linking playing strategy, ensuring consistency across the clubs age groups etc. the chop change in mangers would indicate not the case, nor does it appear he’s prepped in any way the interim as Tudor hasn’t got a clue about any of our players or it seems what has come before. It’s like he’s been taken out of some kind of stasis, which is where Lange needs to be inserted.

The arrogance to suggest we wouldn't panic buy in January because we have a clear plan for the summer, when now it will see us relegated and in the Championship, is so beyond arrogance and naiveity, it's gross incompetence.
And Vinai alongside him, who decided to double down in support of Frank because "relegation was not a concern". That is what he told the Lewis Family. That was from the ITK on COYS, and you might think how do we know that is true. Well we know it's true because Frank was only sacked weeks ago despite us in free fall all season. So it shows that Vinai and Lange genuinely thought we'd turn it around and relegation was not happening, so they wanted to persevere with Frank. It was only when the Lewis family finally panicked that relegation was real that Vinai and Lange were told to sack Frank. I can't even begin to describe how fucking terrible and useless these two are.
Make no mistake, when we go down, it will be Vinai and Lange who are the ones that got us relegated.
I know Levy is ultimately responsible for the decline over several years. But these two made terrible football decisions that directly impacted our season and relegation.

It is exactly what we did last summer. Sack levy, new manager, new ceo, no paratici etc. No doubt it caused problems. We’ve already started the uncertainty by bringing the guy from city in, so there’s the start of new voices.

Paratici isn’t perfect but he is the only guy who is of a higher level at the club and we put Lange over him. Lange and Frank, dumb and dumber.
Paratici is at least 50% responsible for the mess that is this squad, plus the appointments of Nuno, Conte and now Tudor. Remember before hiring Nuno he thought it would be a good idea to bring Gattuso in. Paratici is an absolute clown.

I always felt Lange was just over promoted. Lange is a scout, Vinai is a HR director both over promoted to disastrous consequences.
