How do these clueless fucks keep make running a football club look like the most impossible job in the world?
I'll be a bit contrarian here.
Lange is in the wrong job. He's not someone who understands what makes a squad cohesive, how to manage the staff to get the best out of them, or how prospective signings fit in strategically.
However, he does sign some exceptional young players, and is good at identifying those likely to fulfill their potential and succeed in the Premier League. That's a large part of why Villa came good so quickly after his tenure. And we can see the same here. Gray, Bergvall, Vuskovic and Tel in particular look like they could all become absolutely top talents here.
I'm not against him staying IF it's alongside someone who can do a better job than Vinai or Paratici of building a cohesive overall structure that these talents can fit into.

So you look at the absolute clusterfuck of the last 5 years, see the complete dysfunction, and then say, yeah let’s do two sporting directors again.

Haha fucking hell. So a recently sacked by Dortmund DoF, doesnt know the prem let alone the championship WITH Lange. This club and their decisions,its why we are where we are and why even if we stay up it might not get much better
If they dont relegate us this season they'll achieve it in the next couple.
