Yeah particularly as Shaw has no real way to reply - he can't even show him up by playing well.

I don't remember Poch or Conte throwing a player under the train like Mourinho does.
He used to be clever at deflecting press about poor performances - but this thing with Shaw must be counter productive

I agree with this. I no very little about Shaw, his personality, but when you are bought for £30m and paid £130k per week at the age of 18yrs by one of the biggest clubs in the World, you have to question the mentality of of him as he rocks up over a stone over weight for his new club.
Felt sorry for the lad when he broke his leg, whilst the bone can heal, the real test again is in the head to be able to be 100% in the tackle and have no hesitation. I think (nothing to back this up other than he is not picked to play and other Managers clearly have had issues with him) he has the mental strength of a gold fish. He also walked out on England earlier in the year and left his country short of a left back, causing Rose to be played in all three games and play with an injury he picked up in he first game (missed a few Spurs games as a direct result).
Something is very wrong with this player.
