Manager Jose Mourinho

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Does it? most Spurs fans I know are solidly Jose out and the last poll we did was about 85-90% out and that included the Jose fan boys voting. If so SC is weirder than I even imagined.
The narrative over there appears to be: "sack all the players and let Jose stay on with a new bunch". I am not saying all of them are saying that but it is a safe haven for the Jose fanboys.

Knowing what happened at United and Chelsea, and now here, I don't know why anyone would want him to demoralise another group of players. And are they forgetting that his coaching is nonexistent or has no effect on the players?

Love how people talk about Levy pulling the plug and coming to rescue Spurs from Mourinho, the fucking guy that sacked our best manager since Bill nick, to hire this guy lmfao. I'm certain Levy hires people on minimum wage to spread the good news about Don Levy on this site.

Levy wants to be owner and manager all in one. Mourinho, Poch, arry, avb, sherwood were all just "head coaches" the transfers all come down to Levy. And his penny pinching has cost us big time.

Poch pulled miracles out of his arse with the players he had, even getting to a CL final without any players bought in the summer. And when eventually the wheels fell off thru pure exhaustion and no fresh blood in the squad, Dr Evil sacked him and replaced him with a guy renowned for needing large amounts of money to win titles. You cant make this shit up.

Meanwhile spurs fan NPCs are begging hero levy to save us from mourinho and instill another puppet who's gunna get fuck all to spend. Like cattles to the slaughter.

The spurs cycle continues and you'll get your dopamine fix when levy hires the new gormless fook and tells you tales of "progressive projects" "exciting attacking football" "young headcoach with great philosophy"

As levys laughing counting your money

Eh you know Levy hired Poch too? Poch was on a very bad run had said he might walk after the CL final, we'd been thrashed by Bayern and Brighton, he wanted Ndombele and Lo Celso and Sess and everyone said it was a great summer

then he hired a "winner" some people were delighted - gave him players, Jose was delighted with the squad said many a time

Yet in spite of all of this it's all Levy's fault. haha

the levy haters are as deluded as the "levy lovers"

Luke Shaw was a warning...

Luke Shaw has opened up about his relationship with former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho - admitting he had a "very difficult time."

Mourinho was never convinced by Shaw during his tenure and he singled out the full-back for criticism quite regularly.
The 25-year-old has managed to move on however and has become an important part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.

"It was a very hard time a couple of years back when I wasn't playing, when I wasn't even involved," Shaw told BBC Sport per MEN prior to Tuesday's 1-0 win over West Ham.

"I always believed in myself. There were times where maybe people were thinking 'maybe he could leave', but I always believed that one day I would be able to fight my way back into the team and show people what my qualities are.

"I feel like I am starting to do that now but there is still more to come. I'm still quite young and have time to improve."

Mourinho would regularly bring Shaw off in games without reason and even claimed the former Southampton man was once "playing with his brain."

Following a draw against Everton in 2017, the Portuguese coach remarked: He [Shaw] had a good performance, but it was his body with my brain. He was in front of me and I was making every decision for him."

Shaw was hit hard by the public belittling but knew he had support in the United hierarchy.

"It was difficult because I wasn't able to get my word across," Shaw continued. "A lot of people were behind me here, so I knew I had that backing, but I just needed to keep my head down and keep quiet.

"People were saying negative things about me but I just look back at it as a learning curve and something that has improved me as a person off the pitch, not just on it.

"You always have some doubts. I have been very unfortunate to pick up the injuries I have had but I've always believed I can be an important player here.

"You want to be here and showing people what you can do. Hopefully I can keep doing that and proving people wrong."

Nobody would defend any of our other managers like that after such a poor time. The defence of Jose is one thing, he was great 10 years ago maybe he can be great again.

Issue is even at his best it went = provided energy, got trophies then it all went toxic and got sacked.

We simply missed the trophies part and are straight onto the toxic. He has never come back from toxic before, we would be an experiment if he were to stay on.

I totally agree. I'd have sacked his sorry arse weeks ago. Difficult to work out with Mourinho what he wants more, ego trip or cash.
This is his last big club appointment if you can call us big so he isn’t going anywhere unless Levy grows a pair and sacks him

Maybe he’s waiting until after the Villa game?

Pointless imv because even if we somehow scrape a win the signs have been there for a while

I’ve clung on to the hope that somehow a manager with his experience can turn it around but it’s clear to me now that he’s lost the dressing room (hate that expression ) and Hugo virtually said as much in his interview last night

Yeah experiment, a fucking vivisection.
