For any other manager with the backing he got in the summer (huge backing in relation to what Levy normally does for managers) he would be sacked.

But because this is his dream managerial appointment the rules are different. Realistically he may stay till end of season but even 4th place he needs to go, the football is pure eye bleeding.

I want him gone, I think he should go now tbh, fuck the cup final, makes no difference, we aren't winning it with him here and I don't want him to have that ego boost from it if we do win.

But what I will say is this, even if we do sack him and bring someone else in, it's going to have to be someone who can truly change the mentality of this club and the players playing for it and someone who will be backed the way Jose has been in the transfer market.

I don't think this is all Jose's fault, these players downed tools under Poch as well, let's not forget that.

You've got a good manager out there potentially available. Accept Mourinho was a mistake - because he was as we haven't improved and just move on..

An interesting dilemma- 4th place CL qualification and another season of this mental torture or 5th place, Mourinho sacked and a new manager in the summer?

After all you are the one that thinks Reguilon is only on loan from Madrid

Don't really buy in to the downing tools chat - things grew stale under Poch and there was a lack of investment stretching back a couple of seasons, under Mourinho we just look directionless.

A team of players downing tools don’t sit this close to the top 4 when the target for the season was more less just that. Look at where Chelsea and United were when Jose left them, that's what downing toold looks like

At this point 5th, if we get 4th and he stays we will just get spunked in the CL group stages by everyone and Jose will have his typical 3rd year mid season meltdown and embarrassing sacking.

At least come end of season we might be able to get a manager who plays modern football and can build a future for the club. Anyone thinking the stadium won’t explode next season if Jose is still here is either dumb or on drugs.

After watching us today and indeed since Woolwich we aren't getting 4th and probably not 5th. I reckon Chelsea and Liverpool will finish above us. Today was our chance and we blew it. We may get 6th as we have some easy games but then so was today. If the players react badly to his latest outburst it could get very ugly.
