What's really changed since the new stadium was built? Are we challenging for silverware on a regular basis? Are we retaining our best players? Are we regularly coming in the top 4 as an absolute bare minimum? All that looks to have changed to me is the amount of money coming out of fans pockets and a drop in the quality of player we have on the pitch.. Sold a dream strung along and for as long as the stadium fills and the merch sells that's how it'll continue to be.

If the club wins something, that's a bonus it's not what the club actively are seeking.
It's all about investment, and fattening up the club for a huge sale.
At this stage I wish they would hurry up and sell I would roll the dice at this stage with any new owner .

Actually thought he looked ok in the few games he got, though always believed there was something dodgy about that deal - like Montpellier wouldn't sell him to PSG so they did it through us for a profit.

Yeah was a good day for sure. Ended our 9 year trophy drought.

That one league cup really does have us up there with the likes of Wigan and Leicester. Truly a golden era.

Never thought I would see us play in the European Cup. Was a competition for the big teams - not us.
Though I had football training on Wednesday nights back then so would have missed the games on ITV anyway.
My older brother had to wake me up for the last billing on Match of the Day to see us lose at home to Sheffield Wednesday back then.
