So I'd class it as a sacking offence by whoever negotiated that deal. unless the add ons are very large and carry on to with any transfers to other clubs for say 5 years.

Nobody can force him to join any club. I should think he would though. They value him as a player and Preston are knocking on the door of promotion while we just fuck him about. Plus it's about 20 miles from where he grew up so he probably feels at home.
