Yeah generally didn’t want him going back up there from the off but after last season didn’t expect him to be getting less minutes.More marginal, but I think yes. But to get him game time I think it has to be L1 -Football Chap might have a view - which is possibly a status/tier he was trying to avoid by going to SPL

No shame going to League One or even League Two at his age. The former is more competitive than the SPL, the latter can't be far behind.More marginal, but I think yes. Interesting fixtures for Rangers.
The old firm game away at 12:30 on Saturday, then the next two are Aberdeen home and away.

Would have preferred a straight sale or loan with obligation for £10m - £15m as otherwise he'll be back in summer and we need to devote more time to moving him on again.
Assuming he doesn't get injured and does at least OK there, I think we need to be taking almost any offer we can get for him just to get him off our books.I'm with you, loan with option ain't great. By the time his Fiorentina loan expires, he'll still have 2 full seasons left to run on his contract.
Let's hope that first, they pick up most - if not all - of his salary for the next 6 months. And that he does well enough there for them (or another team) to sign him on a permanent asap.

Really good forward's finish from Lankshear, his 6th of the season, Oxford's top scorer.
