Manager Mauricio Pochettino

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

There's gonna be all these cuck Spurs fans pining for his return now isn't there.

I thought with him going to Chelsea would break the relationship with him, apparently not.

Did very well this season to be honest. Exceeded expectations greatly in that final third of the season. Probably took a pay cut to leave early.
I hope he's abandoning ship due to insider knowledge

I'll be honest and say that I'm relieved. Terrified our most successful manager of modern times would start winning lots of stuff with those bastards. The piss taking from the Chavs would have been excruciating.

Never hated him in the first place for going there, just lost respect for him and felt indifferent towards him, doesn't change now that he's a free agent.

I hated that he went there, especially as he knew how fierce the feelings were between both clubs.

I feel indifferent towards him now too, I don’t have the same warm feeling about him as I did before he went to Chelsea but I don’t have to see him with that shitty badge on his chest anymore which makes me feel better about him!

If he was ever coming back. Last summer felt like the time. We were both available. We were ready to build a new team from scratch essentially. He would have absolutely walked back to us from Paris. And we didn't do it. If it didn't happen then, there's no reason to think it'll happen in the future. Thats a good thing in my opinion. He's a brilliant coach still, but I just could never see a return being anything other then a let down. You can't get back what you had.

Looks like they are flogging Gallagher, Chalobah and others from under his nose
Agree. The thing is, Poch can object to these sales all he wants but the Chavs probably have to make them in order to balance the books.

After the dodgy hotel sale, they realised that trying to sell their own training ground to themselves was something that even the PL wouldn’t swallow. Well maybe.

Poch will swap jobs with De Zerbi won't he?

He can commute to Brighton and his Mrs can carry on whatever she does in London.

De Zerbi's bald patch on his crown will get larger and Poch will need the darkest shade of Just For Men by the time they both get sacked again.

Would say I feel sorry for him if it had happened at pretty much any other team.

But he knew exactly what he was getting himself into going to that disgusting basket-case of a club.

He'll probably do ok, and his reputation is pretty much in-tact. But surely it wasn't worth it to totally burn bridges with us for one mediocre season?
Well, and in fact they improved a lot recently so I'm very glad he's sacked and they will probably apoint Conte, it only gets better.

I think they've always had their eye on him. Would actually be a good fit and a popular choice with the fans.
Unfortunately, we all know United have bottomed out and it's only a matter of time before they rise and challenge again.
I'm not so sure about that.

The days of one team dominating the domestic scene for a decade or more are gone I reckon.

I also think London is where all the best players really want to be.

United's problem in recent years has been City. Unless that ends United's misery will go on.
