This week we've had stories about Eriksen, Dele and Walker leaving. This season we've had stories about Poch, Kane, Dier, Rose, Davies, Son and Lloris leaving.
Where is the equivalent for City, Liverpool, Utd and Woolwich? Where are the stories about their players deserving trophies instead of playing for a club that is "underachieving"?
There is a bias...its the old Top 4 and their "plus one", Man City. And fuck everyone else.

As the snide is aimed at me, I'm Delighted we have a manager that wants to attack. I had no idea if Davies was injured or not so don't mix up posters.
Today here and now I'd rather we went with Son instead of Davies on Sat. I do not think it was a mistake nor do I think it was the reason why we lost. Listed my reasoning for this in numerous posts.

Completely different game mate, against completely different oppo. who set-up with 3 at the back as opposed to 4 (so we attempt to match that). Chelsea a tad bit better than Palace and Mosses better than Townsend, surely you can't disagree that?
Brave decision today by taking off both starting central midfielders at half time. We absolutely bossed that second half, literally cannot remember anything Lloris had to do. Players performances improved too, Walker considerably improved.

Hopefully Dembele isn't injured too seriously and he's fit for the North London Derby, we are still a different animal WITH him in the team and Dier/Wanyama doesn't fill me with confidence as a partnership.

Don't get me mixed up with other posters mate. I've NEVER said he was LWB cos we had no-one else. I've been defending the "we lost because of Son mantra".
Davies was OK benefitted with being left out on Sat given he has played 13 straight games without any rotation (Not even Rose has had to do a run of games like that, Poch has always rotated his FB's.) But strange why you would bring up this game as if there is supposed to be any relevance, Palace ain't Chelsea, it's fucking Palace mate, Davies has done OK against the shitter sides, struggled against them too, just like in the first half. Match thread say's it all on how people felt when Zaha was on the ball. Took 2 system changes to get it right.

I knew the first post I read when returning to the Poch thread after the game would be this debate again.
Today's game had no relevance to Saturday as u said. Palace aren't Chelsea and they didn't play 3 at the back so using Son to pin back their wide player wouldn't work cause their full back would pick him up letting the wide man push on.
Different game. Different tactics.
It's pretty pathetic certain people have literally been waiting 4 days so they can try and claim they were right. So desperate have a rubber stamp on their opinion and have everyone else agree.
Poch's game management was great tonight. Switch formations and personnel seemlessly until he found the right combo. Great stuff and another well fought win!

No that's not fair - you're doing exactly the same thing. I, and plenty of others think Poch made a mistake - it's an opinion - no more or less valid than yours or Guido's. I, and others said that Poch would never play Son in that position again, so naturally there was an interest in the team selection tonight. You're out of order calling people 'pathetic' for that. You're still claiming you're right even though all the evidence is against you - you have only your opinion. Read the rest of the forum. Most think Poch made a mistake - it's not blasphemy to say that, we lost 4-2. You can't possibly argue that it was the correct decision.
Davies was up against pace tonight - he did ok and we didn't concede against an in form team at their place - it's not luck. Liverpool, Chelsea and woolwich will tell you that - Palace aren't the shit team you make them out to be.
