I've definitely got a few concerns about him falling into the same pitfalls as AVB concerning the final third but he seems an instantly likeable chap. Thought it was classy that he immediately mentioned Steffan in the coaching staff so as not to alienate him. Only a small point but it spoke volumes imo.
