Media Media Bias

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Trying to rationalise low level meme content for brain rotted juveniles is pointless, at this point we just need to accept that we are genuine click bait for social media accounts because the joke happens to always be on us, it's easy engagement for these accounts because everyone responds to it.

Yes because that's when football started with the EPL. I blame our own fans for behaving as if never have won a trophy.
But, but but... Football DID start in 1992, no??
I thought 1901, 1921, 1951, 1961, 1962, 1971, 1981, 1982, 1991 were all just made up numbers... Or Sat-Nav coordinates!!

FUCKING COKE HEAD RED BULL SWILLING PRICK!
Who said we'd be challenging for the title anyway?

It's strange how we've become such an easy target when clubs like Villa and Newcastle seem to get off Scott free.

Both have gone far longer than us since they last won a trophy.
YeH just they're not SPURS, ARE THEY?
And it's stupid, because of the way the league works, especially at this early stage we could be level on points with "title rivals" tomorrow.

If we beat Woolwich we could be ahead of them in the table. Is that them done too?
NO, cos again... they're not SPURS, ARE THEY ?

The thing is, he didn't gesture to Spurs fans, he did it to Romero.

This Romero.

I was just watching football focus I have not watched it for ages and will not watch it again all pundits and presenters are gooner’s keowen the missing link in evolution. All having a reach around over the scum being all gooners what do you expect we could do with balance BBC.

They did give Ange some half-hearted praise more tongue in cheek a felt.

And the BBC having female ex footballers it is not positive (promotion/placement) it is they pay a lot less for them than for men.

No offence to Mrs P and CarrieFi and our other Ladies on the forum who do know what they are talking about.🤩

Rant over.😖

Theres literally no bias against Spurs. Iv never seen a bigger media love in with Angie, its a bit sick.

Then theres the issue of the owners who are gods in the eyes of the media who have created an amazing stadium etc.

No owner has ever been devoid of criticism like Levy. For the length of time, the lack of trophies, the back stabbing of managers, tearing up projects, taxpayer issues, lack of funding etc. no one ever calls him out.

Man Utd lose one game and theres a media campaign to oust the manager and the owners

So I guess there is bias against the club Spurs in a way that protects the status quo at the club in order to “keep us in our place” and maintain the lack of success at the club.

We are outplaying United and hammering them and all the commentator can harp on about is past United wins in this fixture. 😤

^ basically it was our keeper's fault. Terms like 'no man's land'. Well, which land is the keeper below in?

Yeap, you guessed it, not a funkon word... why is that?

As if it wasn't bad enough the journo's propagating the Tottenham set piece weakness narrative, now the whoscored statisticians are getting in on the act:

Two goals conceded from set pieces this season? Really??

I dug into their match reports and it turns out they're counting Barnes' goal as a "set piece". It was a quick throw in to Kelly, who takes on Maddison and Dragusin down the left flank, then cuts it back to Barnes, who takes a first time shot.

Seriously?

And no goals conceded on the counter attack?

Not bad for a team whose manager's philosophy and tactical ineptitude leaves us 'wide open'.
