I didn't see the incident in the ground, and I certainly am not going to watch it again. It seems the general consensus is he deserved it, but can I ask if it had been a goon, scouser or manc, would he have been sent off?
Whatever the case, his sending off was a huge factor in us losing that game. What I see is that he has given up on us, and not just tonight. What a terrible example he is to the younger players. One of several who think they are better than then they are , and who have brought us to this awful situation.
We haven't seen any of those blistering runs in ages, maybe he's scared that he will pull his hamstrings.
Another idol with feet of clay. Just hope that we get a shedful of money for him (not that we would spend it wisely!).
