What the fuck were they thinking?The horror of that 1937 home kit. We wore that at White Hart Lane?
But apparently if we come out wearing that next season it’s ok as long as Nike are paying us enough.....
I think this is getting a bit out of hand... No1 yet has suggested that we should play in red nor that we like it.. I don't like it as much as anyone else but I see no point in moaning about it, there is literally nothing you can do about it unless you own a company rich enough to buy out AIA & slap your own sponsor on the kit.

The third kit is likely to be sky blue/turquoise.
Footy Headlines posted what they believed to be the colour schemes back in April I think and they were spot on with the home and away kits.

The red 'H' for Hotspur we had on that First Navy shirt was pretty prominent though!!
Incidentally, I think that very first kit would make the PERFECT away kit nowadays!
I don't think it's about having a life outside worrying about what colour is on a Spurs kit... let's face it, EVERYONE (bar one or two exceptions) have a LIFE outside of Football kit colours... but the point is caring or not caring about minor details making the difference...
It's like letting standards slip over spelling... a dropped letter or misspelling 'ere or their... and the standard are lowered and it becomes the acceptible norm... d'you c wot I mean??
A RED sponsor has pretty much become the norm now for our shirts... that's money for ya... don't make it write tho!
I may be wrong, but I was always under the impression that the REASON we wore that kit was that we were Ground sharing at Highbury at the time....The horror of that 1937 home kit. We wore that at White Hart Lane?
It was simply ArseAnals kit... so most likely would never have been worn at WHL... (does that make it worse that we wore their kit?)
About what I thought then.
Would love to see Holsten or Hewlett Packard again, they're the sponsors that have always been spurs for me. Let's hope someone can beat AIA's offer.

On a serious note, yes, that away kit for us (with navy trim/shorts) would be GAAAARGEOUS!
But I think West Ham have missed a trick by not swapping the claret/white shorts around...

In the PL. We will be the last. In all the English leagues Bolton and Bury will be after us. They are having troubles everywhere.

It's ridiculous. We could have had our two signings wearing the new kit, got some excitement going for next year and flog a load of merchandise to very willing purchasers to wear with pride over the summer... but no.
