Kit New Kit

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Umbro tends to have really good clean designs for the most part.

And usually quality kits. Bit of a shame that we have outgrown them as a brand because they could be a good kit provider whenever the Nike deal expires.
The Umbro kits of some of most favourite in history. Especially the '94 blue and purple away kit.

If we have outgrown Umbro then i'd love to have Addidas again. They were mint as well.

SpiderSpurs SpiderSpurs Stov Stov Coys1955 Coys1955 ...I think you're letting your anti-West Ham specs get all steamed up...

It IS (unfortunately) a lovely kit...

Everything ours ALMOST is, except they've kept their traditional home colours and contrasting sleeve design...
We've faffed around with ours a bit and turned it into something it shouldn't be!

(I also like the fact the collar/sleeve rings go ALL the way round, rather than the half/semi-circular version many kits seem to have, where it looks like you ran out of colour halfway round and gave up!
Nope it's crap.

Does this deserve a foul vote?

Awwww. I see what you did there!!

Funny guy!

It must be the similarity between 'Purple and Claret' that are skewing my opinion!!

Nike are so lazy that our GK kit this season is a colour swap of one of the England ones. Which is also a colour swap of the GK kit for all the other Nike international teams.

It's a West Ham shirt, therefore it's shit.

There's no debate to be had.

I think I'm past the age of buying a replicate shirt, but then again I haven’t liked any of the shirts for the past two seasons, and the home shirts have far too much red since AIA have been on board.
The goalkeeper shirts have been much better TBH ,but even they are horrible this year - the green one made Pickford look like a watermelon.
I'll stick to my old shirts this season.

Don't think there's anything odd about that though, is there?
Keeper kits are far less in demand than outfield player shirts, so why go to the expense of designing and tooling for something that'll hardly sell.

Exactly. And they have to be predominantly one colour, preferably luminous, so that they stand out from both home and away players and the officials.

There's very little they can do each year apart from change to another horrendously bright colour and vary the background pattern in a slightly different shade. But as you say, who wants to pay £100+ and dress up like a goalkeeper anyway?

Look at the hoo-ha surrounding the England Womens keepers kit. Eventually they made one in a limited edition and it sold out in about five minutes, but I don't think they ever said how many they made.

I think the women's thing was because it wasn't a women's fit shirt, wasn't it?

No.... It's because Mary Earps was heralded one of the best players of the tournament and there was a rush in demand for her shirt... Which until then wasn't available for sale.

Bearing in mind you brazenly claim to not care about women's football why not keep your ignorant guess work to yourself.....?

I didn't think even a man's goalkeeper top was available at the time to buy either?
