It'll be tight, the United game was announced as being Wembley and it's only 4 weeks before it.Home leg v Dortmund is 13th February. I hope that's not too early for the test events to be sorted and everything to be signed off prior to the venue needing to be confirmed
The thing that gives me hope is that there are other games close to the Man Utd game that they didn't announce, possibly meaning they hope to get in for thoseIt'll be tight, the United game was announced as being Wembley and it's only 4 weeks before it.
It's the fucking hope that kills you, but you have a point. The thing that gives me hope is that there are other games close to the Man Utd game that they didn't announce, possibly meaning they hope to get in for those

Fucking hell, our new pitch is massive.
I knew it was larger but didn't realize how much more. It's 440 sq. meters larger than WHL.
Someone on SSC has raised the point that the corners don't leave much room for anyone taking a kick...
He quoted Pat Nevin...so did a quick google and found this...
Pat Nevin analysis: Why have corners got worse? - BBC Sport
Yeah, shouldn't really affect Eriksen, in fact there seems to be more grass down the sideline than Wembley.Looks like more than enough to me.
Yeah, I'd agree. It's roughly about 10 meters wider and longer than WHL, but I've always been told that width is more important than length...Don't think it'll make too much of a difference in the grand scheme of things.

There is more level ground around the flag though...Only issue I could potentially see is the little hill he'd have to run up but Old Trafford is similar and we scored from a corner this season at that ground.

Our corners have always been crap, I always laugh whenever a commentator talks about Eriksen's great deliveries...Good point.
Still don't think it'll make too much difference. Cue scoring from a corner in our first game at the new lane.
