If he is not giving him £200m in the summer this whole thing was a waste of time. Bye Conte, bye Kane, hello Jon Jo Shelvey.
Package deal?

If Conté walks, the name I really don't want to see is Poch. Im watching the PSG vs Madrid match, it's like watching the Spurs vs Liverpool final. Deer in the headlights. No matter what, he seems to stick to what he has decided before the game started. With the PSG team he has, he should be collecting the trophies before the tournament starts.

Welp, too bad, Poch will be the manager next year

Hmmmm......

On Pochettino, he has never struck me as a manager who wants big name players.

He elevated Kane to undroppable status but in the main never seemed too keen on star players.

And Neymar and Messi in particular are simply not the players they were. Mbappe has done his bit.

Pochettino was the perfect for us and so think he gets lauded a tad more than is justified and really do feel a United nice would be catastrophic. If he goes there I would also hope he failed miserably.

Messi is 34. He had never previously seen the 18 yard line of his team. Yesterday he was there numerous times. Neymar, watched players walk past him.

Substitutions, in true Poch style, only happened when it was over.

If we ever get Poch again, it will prove two things: 1) Levy wants someone he can control, who almost never voices his true opinion, because "Life is Berry Good".
2) Poch knows he isn't a world beater so he'll rather retreat to his comfort zone and just Chill it out.

Simone Inzaghi would be on my list. As would Potter probably.

Wouldn't mind continue playing 3 at the back, especially not if we can sign Bastoni.

Continuity. Whenever Conte leaves, we need to appoint a manager that's experienced with his style and the next evolution of it. That way we don't have a squad full of square pegs for a board full of round holes. That's how you fall apart like United have, they're forever switching managers and systems and utterly wasting all their expensive signings. Continuity is why Ferguson and Wenger were so successful for so long. Just not having to reinvent the wheel every 3 years puts you a leg up on 3/4s of the league.
