The only surprise to me is he has as many as 4 votes. What are you seeing to think 'yea i want more of this'.
He's not been at the club with the exception of two games for the past 6 weeks. My opinion before then was he should be our manager so I don't really get how so many people have changed their opinion in a time that he hasn't been here. We're playing butt ugly football, but that's what we signed up for when we got Conte. We're 4th on the ladder, with a shit tonne of issues hurting this season (Ventrone's passing, Conte's gall bladder, Bentancur ACL, poor work AGAIN in the transfer market, Son forgetting how to play football). Despite not even having him around lately we've still managed home wins over City and Chelsea. The Sheffield result stings, but is the answer to get Poch back to rectify that - a guy who notoriously didn't care about domestic trophies?

I'm not saying I don't understand it - personally I think the only managers in the last decade I've actually wanted out when they went were AVB and Nuno - but I'm shocked how unanimous the vote is.

Charles Bronson (not the dead one).

I'd love to see what happens if this lot dared to slack under him like they have for the last four or so managers

Put my vote in for Carrick. Ideally I want De Zerbi but I think he'll get bored of the lack of ambition after a couple years and go to an elite club.

The fact that Carrick has just started out as a manager is a positive for me, it means he can grow with the club and stay here for a few years and build something.

All the other choices are good managers but I don't think they'd stay here for long. They'd just be there waiting for another club to offer them a contract. Carrick isn't there yet and would have to earn that first which is why I think he'd be the best fit.

I don't know but I don't want it to be Conte. The main thing that upsets me about him is his refusal to try, to keep saying "I can't do anything with these players" after a spineless 2-0 defeat.

In my book, managers worth having get more out of the players they've got. We've signed seven players in the last two windows which Conte has failed to integrate into the team; he has refused to bring these players on as substitutes to try and change games when we have been losing; he has refused to claim the slightest bit of responsibility for our failure to compete with Woolwich, Man City and Man United this season. It's always on the board, never on him.

Even if we do win the CL, I still want him gone in the summer. I don't trust him to give his all for the club. Goodbye and good riddance.

Conte.

But I want him to come back and commit to the club. I want him to say positive things about us. I want him to be backed with his players in the summer. And I want us to play better football.

If not, Poch comeback.

I'm flabbergasted only four people watch Conte to stay, I didn't expect him to be leading the poll but level with Carrick? Didn't realise how unpopular this opinion was but if Conte wants to stay and keep going there's nobody I'd rather be our manager at the current moment.

I struggle to believe you’re actually flabbergasted that shit football and shit results has left Conte extremely unpopular.

But he's had great results and won major trophies before us, and you can put your house on he'll be doing exactly the same after us.
As AberdeenYid AberdeenYid said, back him with the players he wants. If we're serious about winning that's what we'd do.

I'm fed up of being a long term project that never wins anything.

None of us are getting any younger

Antonio Conte. Why,? Because he has said many times that he needs more than a couple of transfer windows and patience. He should stay next year and prove his worth
He’s stayed for a 3rd season at 1 out of 9 jobs. One one of which he was fired… he left the other 7 willingly. Where do you get “he needs more than a couple transfer windows and patience”?
