If this is true it’s basically the club admitting they fucked up for 4 years and wasted everyone’s time.

I guess it means if we aren’t going to get Tuchel or Luis Enrique that is probably for the best. Young and up and coming you would think Kompany, Amorim, Carrick etc.

I am absolutely on board with this. But let's make sure that young progressive manager has attacking principles at his core.

maybe this Pat's choice, he also favours the back 5 system
:contelol: :levylol:
Paratici won’t even get to choose what he gets served for breakfast soon, why are we allowing him in this process?

The most important thing is that the club stops pretending to be something it's not.

We aren't title winners, UCL challengers or European giants in any recent history, but over the last 5 years we've tried to act like one. We got to a final of the Champions League, but that doesn't mean we then belong at that table forever. We went from building towards a reign of success to take shortcuts to get there sooner.

Poch got us to a UCL final, 2 years on the trot challenging for the title and made us a formidable force in the league, where no one wanted to play us. Instead of allowing him to continue building that, Levy and co thought the squad wasn't the problem, the manager was. That decision has put us back many years.

Stop hiring these 'serial winners' that only care about their reputation and a big pay cheque, and hire a manager who wants to build a project, manage a squad, improve players and work towards the same goal. It's when we're at our best, and we all know that.

Give me the next Martin Jol, Pochettino, Redknapp over the next Mourinho, Conte.
