Still votes for Tuchel and Conte? However Poch no longer leading but the fact that votes for Conte not changed shows posters not changing votes but sticking to original. This discussion is going to run for weeks or even months although more names will drop out. If Paratici goes that leaves Levy without a credible advisor which is worrying. There seems more credible options than when Nuno was appointed but without a Manager to advise our transfer targets are a gamble. The uncertainty will make it harder to get top 4 as the players know the Manager is only temporary.

And if it's not, I would love to see the CAS publicly humiliate Bayern.
There is no legal system in the world, that would allow an employer to sack an employee and then demand a fee to allow that person to go back to work elsewhere.

Take my word for it, there is no way an employee can be sacked and prevented from working again.
The only issue is possibly how much they pay him. If he's on £20m a year (I'm making that up) then legally speaking, he's entitled to that until his contract runs out. If we only offer him £15m a year, Bayern would have to pay him the shortfall.

There's no way on earth can they demand a fee now he's been relieved of his duties.

He’s on/was on £8m a year.

I by no means work in the football industry but know a bunch of people who have non-compete clauses in their contract that prohibit them from working for industry competitors for 6 months, even if sacked.

Fucked beyond belief really.

The thing about those non compete clauses is that they're dependant on the employee leaving of their own choice and not being sacked.
More to the point, being sacked having performed their job admirably.
There's also no poaching clauses, so he may not be able to sign any players from Bayern once he takes a new role. There's more chance of that standing up in court than the preposterous idea he can be sacked and prevented from working.

but he accepted that condition the day he signed the contract with them, with his legals' consent I guess

Has that choice been leaked? you bet it has

Would the top choice require Levy to be less of a control freak and/or increase the wage bill to attract top talents? yes possibly both but def the first one.

Will Levy overwank himself in the "negotiations" to try and get said first choice, whilst letting them know who the boss is? You really bothered to ask.

Will other good choices be passed up on whilst we chase first choice? yup

Will it be a priority to settle the squad as early as possible when conducting the manager search, or will it be about Levy's ego getting who he wants, the way he wants them so they know he's the boss? .... You have answered your own question there.
