We already know that if Levy/ENIC are bringing in the manager that it will be the worst option and that the person will not sanctiom any of the players that arrive and that the likeky failure will be down to Levy/ENIC going deliberately for the worst option and asking to be involved in the on-pitch tactics.

The best manager to get will be the one we don't get or the one that succeeds elsewhere.

Oh and let's not forget that unless whoever the manager is gets players who cost 300 million plus (in total) they can't possibly be expected to add any value.

And if they do somehow and against all odds, get to a final and lose, that's down to Levy/ENIC.

All in all, quite easy.

That sounds like no then or I am misreading

You're misreading.

Why assume anything? This fucking negative fanbase I swear to god!

Sadly I think we will pick the wrong manager again.

The best manager here in my view in term of fit and ability is Naglesmann, the second is Pochettino. Naglesmann will probably end up at Madrid and I don’t think Levy or the board are man enough to hire Poch because that would be admitting mistakes. It won’t even be a up and coming manager or risky manager with a good style like Kompany or Gallardo.

We will probably get on paper a good manager but a man who doesn’t fit and be back here again. For all the shit of this season Naglesmann or Pochettino coming here would be a lift.
The one reason why Real might not go for JN at this point is probably the Bayern debacle. How he handled the players and board at a big club might be a red flag for them. He could very well end there at some point, but probably after he "matures" a bit.

I'm hoping the fact that Nagelsmann don't speak Spanish will help but at the same time I'm not sure how much of a problem that would be.

I think at a lot of the big clubs like Real the quality of players are so high it’s not about the tactics as much as handling the big egos. Look at Zidane or Ancelotti, the play style is loose, RM players have alot of freedom and the reason is obvious, they are so good you can let them go. Redknapp did that with Modric, you trust them becuase of the supreme quality.

Naglesmann and Poch for that matter are all about constructing a team greater than the sum of its parts where the managers ideas take precedence. Perhaps that is a bit restrictive when it comes to the truly elite players.

Is suppose the counter arguement is Pep and Messi.

This really has all the ingredients to be another absolute shit show of a managerial search, particulaly if they're being stubborn about the possibility of reappointing Poch.
If reports were true then Levy wanted Poch back when he was at PSG and unavailable, now he is out of work and we are out of a Manager, yet nothing doing...

Shows quite clearly the fickle mindset and reactive nature of our key decision maker, rather than have a defined plan and stick to it through the difficult moments, his head gets turned like a magpie spotting something shiny.

The longer they stick around the more it becomes clear to me that our success under Levy/Enic has come from striking lucky at exactly the right time, rather than a long term grand masterplan.

Still votes for Tuchel and Conte? However Poch no longer leading but the fact that votes for Conte not changed shows posters not changing votes but sticking to original. This discussion is going to run for weeks or even months although more names will drop out. If Paratici goes that leaves Levy without a credible advisor which is worrying. There seems more credible options than when Nuno was appointed but without a Manager to advise our transfer targets are a gamble. The uncertainty will make it harder to get top 4 as the players know the Manager is only temporary.
Most I'm sure just vote the once to see results and don't bother changing thereafter.
