He won't come now I doub't. He's not struggling to pay the bills. He can have a few weeks to think about things, then watch the last few games to decide who to pour petrol on first, then he can get to work when they all return from their holidays. Which started in November apparently
finishing outside top 4 might be a deal breaker for him then, if hes willing to wait about and see the last 10 games play out.

I think its only Chelsea that could throw a spanner in the works. I dont think he'd go to PSG after the Bayern situation. Real Madrid seem to be after Poch or Raul.
Chelsea might be knee deep in FFP shit, which might put him off.

I think the only thing we know for sure here is this shit-show for a manager search is going to make the last one look efficient.

That much i can guarantee. This thread is hitting 1000 pages easy before anybody is appointed.

This is the catch 22.
Players will say they want to leave if we don't get top 4, but only they can get us there. And getting there gets them a better coach when they stay.
If they don't get top 4 they want to leave but most won't get out then they get lumped with another nono.

I don't think it will tbh. As long as we can filter out the noise that isn't real. There will be a lot of noise the longer it goes on, but most of it will be utter fiction.

Also why have a shit start with most of our good players injured when he whoever it is will have a fully fit squad minus Bentancur in the summer.

Something I said in another thread a while back - I think managers don't see the game properly when they're stood on the sideline shouting at the nearest player. As a spectator, I hate sitting low as you lose depth and perspective.
I would actually like the new coach to watch a few games either up in the director seats or on TV and really take note of who is doing what (and not)

i can understand the manager sitting on the bench, but you need yur trusted coach up high (the sky bar would be ideal) he could relay info or filming down to the bench

Nagelsmann's girlfriend "didn't go down well in the dressing room".

Gives a whole new meaning to being pulled off at half-time.

i think a lot of benches have ipads with the games on now. see a lot of them watching it for replays etc.

they surely watch the game again on tv and get a different perspective.
