It was factually incorrect. Because 37 out of 40 trophies were not won by teams with more money than us. We were not in the CL in all those years. We were in the europa league and the conference league quite a few times and those were won by clubs with less money than us.

Your mind boggles too easily. Here's a cat DJ that will also boggle your mind.

Excited Saturday Morning GIF
And I said very clearly we should have done better than we did in the Europa league and conference league. So it’s not that you have an issue with…

kan stay at burnley

The 37 of the 40 trophies LeParisien LeParisien was referring to were the domestic trophies.
Just keep justifying the mediocrity you will go far in life that way.

In case you and Parisien aren't paying attention Woolwich are in the middle of a title push with similar resources to us. Why? Because they act like a big club with big ambition. You and your buddy carry on making your point about how we can't even win a Carabao cup though due to where we sit in the pecking order.

Why do you even bother with such a low bar and low expectations for the club?

Talk about a depressing outlook

We’ll be able to get him free next January after we sack whoever gets the job now and he gets sacked because Burnley are in the bottom three.

For context this is what was actually said in the article it’s nothing new

ā€œNagelsmann was already linked to Tottenham immediately after his exit, but quickly turned down the job. He is said to favour taking a little time off, also to reflect on his two Bayern seasons and recharge his batteries. He would therefore prefer not to take on a new job until the summer.ā€

Depressing are the people who keep moaning, even though the club has been in an upward trajectory the past 20 years. And who don't understand that the final hurdle is always the most difficult and takes the most time. Not just depressing, but detached from reality too.

The only thing that sounded like a warning in that story is that he presses all game, every game.

Only Bielsa ever tried that. It’s harder to do that with the physical beasts in the Prem than any other league in the world
I don't think that the opponents' physicality is what would make pressing more challenging in the prem. Pressing is negated by technical ability and good movement, moreso than physicality.

all the papers now reporting Chelsea have invited him for an interview. So we'll see now if its just that he tells Levy he's taking a break whenever he calls .
