Slot's English won't be a problem, it's already decent enough.

Of course his English is good. He's Dutch. They all speak good English, which is surprising that there were rumors about ETH's English not being good. Slot also uses English when addressing the Feyenoord players, as is evident from the clip.

What I liked about the clip is that, even though what he said wasn't anything that inspiring, he got a raucous cheer from the players. You don't get that if you don't have a good relationship and respect from your players.

Our next manager comes from here...

If De Zerbi wants to leave Brighton after less than a full season, why would we want him?

He's had a good start but it would typical knee-jerk decision making to jump balls deep and pay Brighto the record fee they would ask.

All this talk about the "Player's Committee".

Things were simpler under Mourinho. In the Amazon doc he sends Sacramento on a covert mission to discover who had the most influence in our changing room. I paraphrase.
Sacramento: "Sissoko is a big influence."
Mourinho: "Shit!"

Different nomenclature. Same reaction from me.

Cynic in me also points out that the players knew the camera was there and that this type of content was the goal. Watch where Slot looks at the end of the video...

Was a genuine roar but you'd expect that in that circumstance and in the season they are having.

Where I do agree with you is his tone was genuinely level and calm despite a huge huge win in their season and still managed to maintain the energy.

Poch as much as we love him would have probably been making big balls gestures and getting emotional.
In the short clips and press conference I've watched, Slot 100% has something about him.

Not sure winning the Scottish League with Celtic is a more impressive achievement than winning the Dutch League with Feyenoord.
And Slot done well at AZ plus did good in Europe the last 2 seasons.
Not negative to the idea of Slot - and for the record never said it was more impressive to win the SL, it's obviously not - but said the pressure you are facing as Celtic manager is not far away from the big clubs in CL.

And that he has been given tons of credit from peopple in-and outside the club for his job there.

Both Slot and Ange are rather exciting candidates, and so much more than Rodgers and Potter, not to say the unproven Mason
