Hugo Lloris – 8 – A captain’s performance leading from the back. Not his busiest day between the sticks but he did what he needed to do.
Emerson Royal – 8.5 – Looks a different player over the past few weeks, like he’s received an injection of confidence. Another great display down the right-hand side, both offensively and defensively.
Davinson Sanchez – 8 – Coming in and replacing Romero for some big games has been far from easy, but Spurs haven’t missed the Argentine at all, and that is a huge compliment to Sanchez. Solid again today.
Eric Dier – 7.5 – A slight hiccup and nearly, a maybe should have, handed Norwich an equaliser at 1-0. However, he put that behind him and defended well for the rest of the game, as well as picking out some nice passes into midfield and attack.
Ben Davies – 8.5 – Threw himself in front of a couple of blocks and was also a danger going forward too. So well suited to the left centre-back role.
Ryan Sessegnon – 8 – He seems to be going from strength to strength at left-wing-back, getting up and down from box to box all day long. Another fantastic performance today.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg – 8.5 – A superb pass over the top to set Bentancur away for the opening goal. He really dictated the tempo in midfield too. Superb performance.
Rodrigo Bentancur – 9.5 – Two assists from a deep-lying creative midfielder is exactly what Tottenham need more of! Bentancur had the space to get forward today and was deadly once he got there. What a January signing he has turned out to be.
Heung-min Son – 10 – He did it! Golden Boot for Son! And boy did he have to earn it, scoring a sensational brace. We’re so proud of you, Sonny!
Dejan Kulusevski – 9.5 – He has so much quality on the ball, especially in tight areas and 1v1 situations. Really nice for him to cap off his sensational six months with a couple of goals, one of them being a beauty of a curler.
Harry Kane – 9 – Harry Kane does what Harry Kane does. The Spurs striker has been immense in the second half of the season and he showed his class again today. A goal and an assist to close an exciting campaign for Harry.
Substitutes:
Lucas Moura – 7.5 – Came off the bench and assisted the important goal that got Heung-min Son going. Superb squad option all season, well done Lucas!
Harry Winks – 7 – Nice to see him get some minutes, especially with his future up in the air. He will forever be one of our own.
Steven Bergwijn – 7 – It hasn’t been the season Bergwijn wanted, but he deserved to get perhaps one last outing in a Lilywhite shirt.
