Had he kept his leg out, its the most obvious red all season. Now he pulls it in, its a mistimed header or whatever he tries to do. 5 mins earlier he was elbowed in the face, but that is apparently allowed nowadays because like yesterday when Forest did it, the ref didnt give a fuck.

The defender was level at the point of contact, and it's not Denial of a Goal scoring opportunity because the Palace player is at the edge of the box.

If Ederson is the last player and not defender anywhere near then it's a red.

Yeah, that was my initial impression too, but I think it was a reckless challenge. It wasn’t like it was a header he went up for and collided. The ball and pass were low and he came flying through the air with no real chance on the ball.
