Care to explain... Is this about computer games or something?

The problem is Spanish laws. He can't take less than a 50% paycut per the law. Like others have mentioned, even if Messi was able to play for free, the club is still in major debt.I know this is the silly old romantic in me, but if Messi really wants to stay at Barca, why doesn’t he just take a slight paycut to make it happen?
His current wage is fucking absurd.
Obviously seeing the Scum lose Aubameyang would be great, but this just makes an even bigger mockery of FFP if Barcelona, who just admitted a debt of £1.15bn are still able to buy high profile players.
Barcelona interested in Aubameyang
Agreed.I'd prefer they were stuck with the overpaid waster for another few years..... They might end up signing someone decent otherwise.
I only ever briefly watched the first one in passing, but that link there says he was loaned to Spurs from Madrid for a bit.![]()

Santiago Munoz is the name of main character from the movie Goal! In the movie, he played for Newcastle.
It just so happens, the player Newcastle are looking to sign is of the same name, plays the same position, and is of Mexican descent as well.
Apparently, the real Santiago Munoz is decent, so it’s not just for jokes and memes.

I'd argue that without Aubamayang, the Scum would have struggled to make top 10 the last few seasons.I'd prefer they were stuck with the overpaid waster for another few years..... They might end up signing someone decent otherwise.

How the hell is this guy going to get a UK work permit when the section of his wikipedia article dedicated to his criminal record is almost as long as the one about his playing career?
And it isn't trivial stuff either. It is downright kidnapping and attempted murder.

"In January 2018, it was announced that Semedo would stand trial for an altercation in a bar in Valencia the previous November, when the player allegedly brandished a pistol and made threats while he was nursing an injury.[27][28] He was arrested again for a separate incident on 20 February, this time for allegedly tying up and assaulting a man in his home alongside two others, then going to the victim's house to burgle it.[29] For the latter incident, he was charged with attempted murder and placed in preventive detention.[30]
On 13 July 2018, Semedo was released from prison after paying bail of €30,000.[31] Facing a maximum 151⁄2-year sentence, he confessed two years later to kidnap, robbery, wounding and illegal firearm possession; he was fined €46,000 and banned from entering Spain for the next eight years.[32][33]"
Would be a joke if he is given a visa.
Also the Spanish legal system sounds farcical if you can just buy your way out of a 15 year sentence!
Chelsea already has a buy back clause for 80 mil in 2023.Think Abraham will prove to be an excellent signing for Roma. He's nowhere near his full potential and still has tons to improve and learn, yet already isn't too far away from averaging a goal every other game. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he moves for more than double of what Roma paid in two or three years time.
