Yours includes ratings from other places, whereas this one is simply the ratings of TFC members.
This one is easier to do (no copy/paste/delete/insert/type involved). Being lazy, I prefer to just click a button, so I'd be more inclined to get involved in this one.

This one is simple and fun, the other one is boring and shit.
No provision for 0.50 increments. The difference between ratings shows most rate between 6 and 7 across a long period. The difference is massive. 0.50 increments are more accurate based on actual performance. This system is flawed.
