For me its that removing Jose is not going to solve this. It will only paper over the cracks for a bit if the new manager is not given the go ahead to send these tool downers out to pasture.
We need a new manager and to basically re-tool our squad. The so called painful rebuild. Some people seem to think that just getting rid of Jose will solve all of our problems and that the players can do no wrong. They must also as Hugo pointed out, be held accountable.
