Theres no denying that.
For a time you could argue there is sense in taking your time to find the right man, waiting until seasons end etc - but at this point its entirely clear we are just scrambling around aimlessly.
I can understand dropping other targets and going for Conte, its an opportunity that shouldnt be refused, but I cant understand all the Poch nonsense the other week at all.
Shows we just havent a clue really.

...I do think he IS a manager than can win without spending tonnes of money. He plays a system, needs players to fit - rather than just highly expensive ones - and has shown consistently he improves the players in his teams (often considerably).

ETH is definitely an exciting option. Fits the Spurs module and is still a relatively young manager but with the experience of managing a top club, albeit in a weak league, but still has managed a club in the CL and took them far. He’s the only manager now that would put me back on board, although I’ll still be pissed at the club for this mess. Ten Haag is the only one for me now.
If we don't get someone in by the end of this week then we've reached new heights in levels of incompetence. Transfer window will be open and it will be 3 weeks before pre season starts. If they can't or aren't willing to buy Poch out then go and get ten Hag.

You could get that Steve Hitchen to do the coaching stuff. His illustrious career as a sometime centre half at Macclesfield Town and Bangor City gives him the experience that you are missing through your complete lack of understanding of football (no offence).

Just said something similar about Ten Hag he was an 8/10 appointment now he is a 6 or 7 out of ten appointment. He does not make the fans happy who thought we signed a born winner in Conte. I hope if we do appoint the fans get behind him and do not snipe at him whenever anything goes wrong.

Or that we've officially spoken to Poch (or Conte)? I've not heard an official club statement. Agents leak BS all the time for their clients
