I have two thoughts on this.

1. Yep fair play. It should NEVER have come to this and they should rightly be embarrassed, but it's pleasing they are doing so (damn right too!).

2. The BEST way of saying sorry to the fans would be to at the least put in a performance next game. Whatever the outcome - a fucking performance that either wins the game or that at least the fans can say 'well yeah fair enough, they gave 100% at least'.

If it's shown up on people's accounts that way, it's because it's a byproduct of the system refunding the ticket. The firm that built the software undoubtedly never anticipated ownership giving people back their money on a match that was played and was attended. There will undoubtedly be a fix pushed through to charge those who were refunded £0.00 for a ticket that re-awards loyalty points.

The idea that Spurs give a fuck about who has what loyalty points and is purposely clawing them back is preposterous. People need to learn to chill the fuck out and think rationally.

Fella.....we've had enough of your trolling now...why don't you kindly fuck off....the fans who travelled all that way to find us 5 nil down in 20 fuckin minutes have every right to fuck off home for that long journey back....foul voted for constant trolling.
 
I’m a bit surprised , pleased though.

Had my return train ticket fully refunded due to the delays, now the match ticket.

I wonder what I can do to get my money back for my Wetherspoons fry up…….
 
I was thinking the opposite

I think the fanbase should rally together and donate to a fund so that we can buy Daniel and the board members some nice presents to say thanks for all of the overachieving that we have been doing in recent years

Happy to start the just giving page unless anyone else wants to start it ?
