Much as there are ine or two posters, who I do resoect who have intimated similar, I think differently.
From a footballing and probably broader standpoint, this situation and real threat of relegation is beyond any brand of humour.
It is as Clubber Lang put it...... . PAIN.

I just hate it that this group of overpaid pricks can make our lives so depressed. Honestly that’s part of what I hate the most. That these arseholes have that power over us. They’re the most hated group of players in my lifetime for that.

I understand, but others just may have a different way of coping and it doesn’t mean they don’t feel the pain that you do.
Some of us thought we needed a clear out because the players clearly had a shit attitude and had got used to losing and we did nothing and here we are. I dont suppose anyone thought we'd be this bad but there were signs for 2 years.
I think its because we rested senior players for League games and played them in Europe. Someone posted stats about it.

ENIC and Levy have destroyed this football club with the decisions they've made. The club is where they are because of them.
Wrong managers, wrong DoFs, not being prepared to pay higher wages for quality players.
ENIC and Levy deserve relegation, they deserve to have their shares in the club hugely devalued by going down. Greedy fucking clowns
Recruitment has clearly been the issue. Not replacing like-for-like. Downgrading Kane and Son - fair enough -they’ll always be hard to replace as they’re world-class on their day.
However, dropping not one but - I dunno - six levels from Son to Odobert? And then it’s the drop in quality from even some of our most vilified players…Dier to? Hjojberg to? Lloris to? Look at how much better Frank’s team looked when plucky-plodder Davies was brought in compared to Spence or Porro there?
Recruitment has been absolutely appalling for the past few seasons - partly coaches’ preferences, largely DoF - always a bit shaky when Paratici was calling the shots but he had some sort of eye for talent (from Serie A) - in his absence and the new muppets, it’s fallen off a cliff.
And the worst of it is that the young players that have worked out will be bought off by ‘big’ teams if we take a drop, leaving us with the worst of the mercenaries and an academy that doesn’t know how it feeds into the first team. The most expensive ‘selling’ club.
On the plus side, Richy is built for the Championship.

The forest game in 2 weeks in a must win now. We can't even enjoy the champions league games against Atletico now with immenent relegation looming.

I wasn’t impressed with the window.

I think had the bulk of this squad not had losing normalised and excused last season, we'd be better for it now.
The fact the club, the manager and even the fans excused 2 years of declining form under that useless fraud is why we are where we are.
The squad is damaged beyond repair..
Whatever happens, premier league, champship, whatever coach comes, they all have to go.
Many will do ok wherever they go. Because they won't be in the same surroundings.
Probably had my head in the sand a bit as I never thought we’d genuinely be threatened with actual relegation. Assumed we’d have picked up points here and there especially in our last 2 games.
