It's embarrassing that we're 9 points above the drop zone on new year's day and that only one of the bottom 5 are in worse form than us.

The possibility is remote, but given our budget the possibility should be nonexistent.
 
Blackpool were on 25 points after 19 games in 2011 in 11th with 2 games in hand and finished 19th. Would probably take a lot of bad luck and further injury pile-up to end up in a similar position but certainly not impossible. Up to the club to strengthen in Jan to lessen the possibility. Same goes for Man U.
0.04% chance according to Opta's predictions compared to a 1.37% chance of us getting UCL.

Ange seems to think a good run will allow us to catch the European places. The same logic suggests that a good run from those below us allows them to catch us, no? Especially if they start to better our results.

We aren’t getting relegated. There are worse teams than us in this league. But it is a possibility.

Perhaps we should just stop posting altogether since Europe, title, cups, transfers all seem quite embarrassing right now.

Why not just shut the forum down since it’s probably all pointless then.

This. We are a terrible team and worse club. There are a lot of worse teams than us but I look at the personality of our squad and it’s a bunch of chinless wimps who couldn’t fight their way out of a paper bag.
 
Fingers crossed Ipswich will lose tomorrow. Then, despite 0 points in our bag against Newcastle - we will be one step closer to stay in the league as another gameweek passes.
