I'd find it hard to blame that on Levy.
But not impossible.

P. Looking at the team's trajectory, why is it doing so well in the Champions League and so badly in Premier League?
R. It's difficult, because when you're competing in four competitions in these circumstances... last year we already had that bad experience in the Premier League with many injured players and it doesn't give you, it doesn't give you to compete. We have young players who come strong and looking a little this season, it's basically the same. You're going to play against Woolwich, City, Liverpool or Chelsea and it doesn't work for you. We could make an eleven of injured players that could be even stronger than the eleven that is playing. And it's not out of disrespect to anyone, but it's basically reality. It's time to think and continue with the positive mentality. I've told my teammates, it's hard to compete like this, but we always have to give one hundred percent although things are not going well in the Premier League just like last year. We are going to face the playoff with a lot of ambition as we have been competing so far in the Champions League.

We’ve played just three games that weren’t Premier League or Champion’s league.Porro quote (auto-translated):

I agreed with this but then thought, they're probably pissed off because they were told they were joing an ambitious and big club, with bold plans to compete at the very top.I think this thing about players seething is just bollocks.
What exactly are they seething about? They get paid very well to lose games for the last 2 seasons essentially.
It's a game of football. Just beat the other team. They have a new manager, after getting the last one sacked so surely they can't still be mad at the new guy too.
I can understand the lack of confidence, and the injuries being a reason why we are losing so many games. But the main reason is a lack of effort, pride, focus, professionalism, and just lots of really poor decisions on and off the pitch, and basically a lack of proper team spirit.
Of course the players won't be happy, but the only seething should be at themselves in the mirror.
I don't get who the players are supposed to be angry at? Makes no sense.
To be fair, that's because he plays in the same position as their captain and best player, Bowen. He wouldn't get into the West Ham side that sold him. He's stupidly overrated here.

Tactics Tim talking a lot of sense.
Could have popped this in Tudor’s thread, but it covers a lot more than just him.
I think Poch would relish it, as he'd be seen as our saviour.Rumours were he’d still want it. But that could just be made up twitter nonsense.
You say your joking, but you can absolutely guarantee ENIC will have been doing the sums![]()
Relegation isn’t disaster — it’s financial downsizing.
Revenue is lower so lower expectations, being a lower table premier league team costs a fortune , you can’t buy stars in the championship, 23 home games , no European games , less cup games gives you more opportunity to have non footballing events .
I’m joking of course![]()
Alan Pardew would probably be tempted.I think Poch would relish it, as he'd be seen as our saviour.
I can't see anyone else who would want to take us on, as we're so messed up.
I heard a damming stat on how bad we are.
Only Sheffield Wednesday have won less home games than spurs this season on professional football.
This is the same Sheffield that literally have no players.
You say your joking, but you can absolutely guarantee ENIC will have been doing the sums
Even though Sheffield Wednesday were relegated in February ( a record by the way )
FIXED!IF & that’s a big if they get a NFL franchise ( look at the tv money in that ) we would become an afterthought
I agreed with this but then thought, they're probably pissed off because they were told they were joing an ambitious and big club, with bold plans to compete at the very top.
Then, they've seen over the past couple of years and windows that it was all a load of bollocks.
Yeah, they have to take a lot more responsibility themselves but two years of fighting relegation and then watching Gallagher walk through the door in January to replace our top goalscorer (and I don't think it was wrong to sell BJ but he was a popular lad in the squad and we didn't replace his position), then hire a shite manager who wanted to play basic bore-ball while constantly bigging up our bitter rivals and telling everyone one we were playing well when it was as clear as day that we weren't...
I think that if I'd signed a 6 year contract having been sold the dream of competing for the PL and CL, I'd probably be a bit sick of the place too.
