We came out when the bus arrived at the Town Hall and we sat on top of the bus shelter across the road. Happy Days

This is why winning cups matters a whole lot more than many fans sadly these days now think. It creates lasting memories like this in such a way that a last-day 'top-four' finish or a runners-up finish cannot match for me.
The joy of the final itself is extended to another day where from the start of the day to the very end it's just one massive celebration where you can see the trophy being brought home by the day's heroes and there is no sad ending. It's the fitting conclusion.
(I love that song BTW, so I'm a little envious you can now also file it as a personal Spurs anthem

- Bye Bye Baby by the Bay City Rollers reminds me of the Chelsea game when we sent them down
- You Can't Hurry Love by Phil Collins reminds me of a cup game against Notts County - if you know the video, the guys I travelled with did the little routine on the terraces.
