Player Richarlison

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

That's another example of "it's a tweet - it must be factual!"

In his last 14 starts for us, he's scored 6 goals.
(2 vs Burnley, 1 vs Brighton, 1 vs Man Utd, 1 vs Woolwich, 1 vs PSG).

No one's going to tell me he scored 12 goals in the 12 starts before that.

Edit: 3 in 11 starts last season

So correct that to 9 in 25. I don't remember him scoring 9 in any one match. Fuck off quoting twatter

He certainly is not a solution. And SOME of the players on the team have to be or we will go nowhere.

A reminder that this is the player that Levy bought to replace Kane. That is not Richarlison's fault, but it is the reality.

It's not... He was quite clearly bought to be EPL-proven cover for Kane AND Sonny in a CL season.

Rich arrived: 2022
Kane: plan was evidently to get him to sign a new deal and stay beyond 2023 / Sonny left: 2025

His main issue, for me, is always making rhe ball stick when played to him with his back to goal.

Its never going to be great but when we play football that isn't solely relying on that being the way we start attacks, it is less of an issue.

I feel like I've been harsh on him lately. As a combative LW he can be effective. He's obviously putting em in for us right now. Him and Odobert at LW is better right now than any other LWs we've tried there (Johnson and Xavi). Happy enough to let it continue.
Playing him with a partner up top like we have with RKM recently seems to work quite well. Both of them have played well in those games.

He can’t create at all but he can score goals that others create (outside of his occasional worldy), and he does dirty work like off ball movement and defensive clearances.

He can contribute with the right squad around him.
we know this from his Brazil record.

RichyLad is by and large a woeful footballer and not even a particularly great finisher but he’s an absolute scrapper and is normally alive in the box. He is what he is.
