To be fair to Bents he does point a lot to where he thinks the ball should be played by others i have noticed

I think Hojbjerg is better than current version of Bentancur, sadly.
The fact that ENIC/the new ownership structure decided to give this guy a bumper new deal, despite all their hot air about wanting to make us truly competitive, is why even with Levy gone, the jury is still very much out on these clowns.
Bentancur is the absolute text book definition of bang average. Juventus do not sell top players for 15 million, and Bentancur is certainly no exception.

Agreed. Plus with Hojbjerg you can play pointing bingo. He was at it again vs Scotland last week.
He was already eaten alive last week in the USA-Uruguay by Seb Berhalter. At the end he had to leave the pitch with red after a nasty foul.
He's not good enough. Far too sluggish. Sure, he has some good moments but never capable of dominating the midfield when we're desperate for it.
Him, Bissouma, Richarlison, Johnson should all be out the door.
I'll give Tel and Odobert a pass because they're young but those four should be moved on. They've had numerous chances.

Bissouma on his day is a much better player. When he's up for it Bissouma wins every duel. He's actually a complete physical beast. Shame his wristwatch was stolen and his timekeeping is therefore very poor.
I don't think he's good enough but fuck me if there was ever a player playing well below his level, almost every time he goes away and plays for his NT he looks pretty good.

yep, looks alright against crap! put him up against a proper side and hes a passenger, playing in the most important position on the pitch, no thank you.
