At least 60% of it is, that’s fair. Maybe more now that nobody has a job anymore. Was there twice in the last week or so, my 3rd and 4th visit since February. Used to go four times a week. Place is a ghost town now.
Everywhere has been a ghost town of late.

Aberdeen airport is cool. You can safely agree to meet someone there and there’s no risk of missing them.

I’ve spent a bit of time in Aberdeen, and places like Stonehaven and Banchory. Area is nice. People decent. But... have to say restaurants seemed a bit over priced and shit.

Aye, one gate in and one out, it’s not tough to find people. Dundee is a better laugh. You generally find the guy sweeping the car park is the same guy checking your ID three minutes later when you get on the plane.

Everything is overpriced up there. Oil does that. And twats willing to pay it.

Small group outside Celtic Park shouting for Lennon to go.

He came out, spoke to them, and ordered them back onto the team bus...

Scottish cup final day in Scotland Celtic (again) v Hearts..... come on Hearts Celtic going for their quadruple treble hope Hearts fuck em up.....

Hearts did well today and Celtic looked shambolic at the back. But the marginally better finishing won out. Impressive quadruple treble but... it’s already ended for no. 5. League looks gone too.

For those on here that follow or know anything about Scottish football Jim McLean has happily NOT..........passed away for those who don't of him he took a small provincial club Dundee Utd to the heights of European football beating Barcelona home & away reaching a major European final (losing) and with Aberdeen challenging the old firm Alex Ferguson with Aberdeen winning the Scottish Premiership in the mid 80s a dour chap not likeable unless a united fan Richard Gough in his league team nurtured Duncan Ferguson his rules were you had to live within I think 20 miles of Dundee negotiated ridiculas contracts for players just to protect the club didn't take any shite old school certainly wouldn't have been a manager today.

Not sure this has been confirmed. Rumour is it’s the old manager of the Fife Flyers ice hockey side, not Wee Jum from DUFC.

Oops Scottish forums were posting it........
Lots of rumours still going around. And it wouldn’t be a surprise and would also be a blessed release for the man. Not been keeping well for years now.

Rumours or not, my pal works for United and he’s heard nothing, so assuming it’s a case of mistaken identity.

Well apologies if untrue and happily if so. Some of the Scottish forums were posting that he'd died I'd check if just one but a few carried so assumed true but if he's alive and kicking of sorts then all good.

Sad day. One of the most extraordinary Scottish managers ever. What he achieved with Dundee United should be written up as every bit as good it it's way as Fergie at Aberdeen and Stein at Celtic.

A few years back there was a fantastic article about him, Graun I think. I posted it, I'll dig it out again.

Here's the Graun Obit:
