He scissored Vic with his trailing leg at the last moment too.
Very clear red.

He scissored Vic with his trailing leg at the last moment too.
If he does not make the perfect pass that ain't a goal.Thought we were the better team throughout and considering we are six games into a rebuild it is pretty amazing, the Maddison assist for the first goal was a thing of beauty and hopefully by the time they come to our place we will be way better
Am home. The draw wasn’t covered. My missus has already told me not to come home after the match if we lose.
Told her I wasn’t planning on coming home if we win
either.

Shocking arrogance from gooners this week. Acting like today was going to be a walk in the park.Am home. The draw wasn’t covered.
Amateur error.
Fucking wrecked and buzzing. We turned up.
Lot of pissed off gooners at pub. They “knew” they’d win. Sweet, sweet day.
Did you ever have a job Duke? The world is full of assholes. Sadly, most of whom are in managerial positions. Low level management is like an asshole magnet. I'd love someone to come up with a term for that.Every week convinces me more that Conte was a football terrorist.
:llorisunsure:
I think today's game showed that the central midfield position is Bentancurs to take with both hands when he's fit.
I love Sarr and the potential he has but Bentancur was made for this system.
Just as well for le arse, it was more red than yellow but not enough for VAR to intervene using the 'clear and obvious error' benchmark, if they had asked the ref to look at the monitor I think Nketiah would have been on his way.He didn't miss it. He gave the guy a yellow. The pundits on my stream agreed with me that was what it was worth.
I would not mind having him again for the home fixture.
I can see the argument but my gut still says it's a yellow. Certainly not the 'done' thing to go in on a GK like that regardless, so even though they're usually a protected class it's just our fucking luck that the one time a referee doesn't go harsher with the punishment it's against us.
Aside from the fact a draw was a decent result for this fixture, I'm just thanking our lucky stars that neither Vicario (from that challenge) nor Maddison (from his knee going the wrong way) picked up injuries. We'd really be in the shit without them. Fingers crossed that Johnson's hamstring isn't too bad.
Yeah this is my overriding feeling.Son and Maddison going off at the same time around the 75 minute was a real momentum killer. Felt we were likely winners up to them. We showed very little after that.
Brent syndrome?Did you ever have a job Duke? The world is full of assholes. Sadly, most of whom are in managerial positions. Low level management is like an asshole magnet. I'd love someone to come up with a term for that.
Goon on TS atm: "If they didn't take Son & Maddison off they'd have won"
On paper, I like the idea of a ref being able to go over and see an incident on the monitor again in case he missed a decision. The problem is that the implication from the VAR team is always 'we're sending you to take a look because you should give it'.Just as well for le arse, it was more red than yellow but not enough for VAR to intervene using the 'clear and obvious error' benchmark, if they had asked the ref to look at the monitor I think Nketiah would have been on his way.
I prefer to accept your opinion rather than the pundits, who, btw also thought the penalty should not have been awarded.......enter the monitor.
I knew that this wasn’t the week where Angeball would come unstuck. I was nervous as hell because of the poor history we have at the library,, but had a good vibe about where we are now.Shocking arrogance from gooners this week. Acting like today was going to be a walk in the park.
Cunts. That'll learn 'em.

It’s not just the creativity but he presses and likes get things moving quicker. Too many of the others slow it down or hold on to ball too long. I’d like to see them up the tempo and zip the ball around quicker. We’d destroy teams!I’m shattered after that! VDV unbelievably good today. He’s a monster. If we had a bit more belief late on we could’ve put them under more pressure and beat them. Sonny finishes both class and unlucky not to score a hatrick. Deki very good today. Biss horrid first half but excellent second half. Madders is the key to us though as when he went off the whole creative side of our game goes. I really hope we get Veliz on the pitch at some point because if sonny goes off we need a centre forward who can make us a threat.
All in all it was decent but I feel that’s a chance missed as they think they played well but we’ve got so much more in the locker.
6 more days to the next game just seems too far away.
