Its not hard, recent history tells us this. Exact same thing with Manure.Incredible, how do you know this?? What are you basing this Nostradamus style prediction on??
Of course we'd all love Klopp, but it's not worth wasting time even dreaming of. A team that won the Europa league and finished 17th with a ruthless, tight pursed chairman at the helm is not an attractive option for someone like Klopp. Especially as it'll weaken, if not ruin, his relationship with the Liverpool support.
I genuinely don’t understand why certain managers can only manage one club in a certain league and not other clubs, why is the case with Klopp but not Mourinho, Conte or even Dalglish back in the day?, it’s a strange one for me, not that I think we’d get Klopp.Incredible, how do you know this?? Undecided imo normally leads to the eventual negative. I reckon hes gone. Just an opinion though.I imagine he isn't undecided as much as not anxious to face the backlash if he does fire him.
We could have said the same with Poch though couldn't we?Its not hard, recent history tells us this. Exact same thing with Manure.
I just think that's its because certain managers become an institution. Could you ever imagine Sir Alex having coached at any other team in England, or Wenger? I feel like Klopp falls into that category.I genuinely don’t understand why certain managers can only manage one club in a certain league and not other clubs, why is the case with Klopp but not Mourinho, Conte or even Dalglish back in the day?, it’s a strange one for me, not that I think we’d get Klopp.
Yes but some of the players are sub standard or not top players. Dont think theyve been developed either.Ange has the players behind him. There’s no arguing that. If we sack him, it has to be a big time manager. And I don’t know who fits that bill.
Low block literally won us the Europa.I don't understand why some of youse are going for the Frank/Silva/Iraloa etc option.
Do you really want to go back to low block painful weekly viewing again ?!
There's a problem with lack of obvious options.
I've been following Hurzeler a lot this year and he's maintained the BHA belief in playing football, proper passing through the midfield mixed with long balls for wingers to run onto etc. But he needs to stay where he is and build on that for another year - provided he is able to keep Mitoma/Baleba etc. (If not, and we cud pinch him and those two, that wud be my first option)
So it seems to me that I'd rather have an average season next year and go for Poch after the world cup.
Yeh if it's not Xavi, Glasner or Emery then getting rid of Ange might actually do more harm then keeping him.I don't mind Glasner at all but no chance he comes here imo. Reckon he'll fancy Palace in Europa, especially after our winning it and given the quality of oppo with no CL teams.
Poch aside, I think Xavi would be a sensational get. He'll want to bring in more technical footballers and commands player respect. And he's actually consistently adaptive to different opponents.
