The thing with pace is...it can sometimes gradually decline or it can kind of fall off a cliff suddenly and be quite alarming. I'm not sure if it's one or the other with Son but he's in a bad moment for sure and I think he's feeling the pressure right now.

Im surprised as he played this way at Inter majority of the time with great effectiveness, and today for the first time you could notice alot of team were tiring quite a bit near the end, both mids had a yellow and were hindered by this adding bissouma replacing a forward to make 352 would have made perfect sense, especially as Conte seems to tell the journos if you can win , dont lose
Could be they introduced subs before we did and actually made a lot more. We made just one on 75 minutes. All on ficking conte. So losses off with that gane. We could have been on 6 points had we played properly and pressed home our physicality. Made use of subs with fresh legs in midfield. I have no idea what conte sees in some of these players. Why did davies have to start. Royal has virtually played every minute this season but is awful. Could go on and on.
I agree he had some good moments but he had an unusual amount of bad moments.
His weak tackle led to the corner goal.
Tbf PEH demands it all the time because there's no proper bloody attacking midfielder in our team, which is ABSURD!!!
Was out and didn’t see it , but against Marseille the defender was sent off cos Son outpaced him. He is bang out of form though

Because of the nature of the goals, poorly defended set piece and then a complete melt after conceding the first to allow the second, that and the way the players approached game with a complacent attitude is the very essence of what I consider a bottlejob.
I am not saying as a team that we are a bunch of bottlejobs, I am simply saying that the performance tonight was.
How royal got 90 minutes is a mystery to me.
