Match Spurs v Liverpool, 15th September, 12:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Lloris in for Vorm we win there I said it.
But Vorm cannot be blamed for either goal. The first one is on Dier who should have headed it out to begin with and then pushes Vorm backwards into goal so he cannot catch it until it has already crossed the line.

Second one is on Vertonghen who changes the balls trajectory. Had it kept going Vorm would have had it.

Vorm could have been more dominant in the box but fact remains he saved us from an even bigger spanking multiple times.

What??
Weak on the first punch and then ball goes through is arms on the second. He is absolutely culpable for both.

Again, the rest of the players didn’t do much either, but Vorm made saves any goalie would have made and was more than partially to blame for the ones that went in.

I think you are being very generous.

3 at the back with Trips and Davies playing full back Eriksen and Dembele in the midfield from now on and Son Kane and Lucas forward. We cannot continue to play Dier and Dembele together it just doesn’t work

Still no mention of the penalty shout...

Last season against them, we weren't clinging on to the hope of a 95th minute penalty decision. There's a lot to be said for spending 150 million on your defensive unit and near on 80 million on your midfield.

But at least we can say that we have countless YouTube videos of a 800 million unsafe stadium to watch, with a nice shiny cheese room, a trip to the Midlands to play a cup home game and team who's tactical lineup has been changed from a successful one to one that is so unbalanced that you'd think Steve Wonder had trained them in midweek.

Poch now saying that we "competed" against them, last season we fucking dominated them.

Oh happy days....

You said we didn’t deserve anything because of how we played for 90 minutes. My point is that our play in the last 5 was good enough for a point.

I’m not talking big picture form here.
Football matches are played over 95 or whatever it is minutes. A very short good spell is not enough to be Liverpool's moral equals today

Also, apart from scoring and looking slightly livelier, I dont see what we did in those brilliant 5 minutes to warrant a point here.

A draw would have been an utter travesty, although on the plus side, the red side of Merseyside and its outlying suburbs in London, Suffolk, Devon etc would have spontaneously combusted in self-pity.

We were shit, we should recognise it
