11 - GOAL! Tracey and Patterson switch flanks and it quickly pays off as the former drives in from the right and cuts back for the latter to score with a first-time shot.
20 - PENALTY, GOAL! Our U23s double their lead against Chelsea as Tracey is tripped in the box by Lamptey and White sends the keeper the wrong way from the spot.
FULL-TIME - Our U23s appeared to have weathered the Chelsea storm in the second half but a last-gasp equaliser means the points are shared here at Aldershot. FT 2-2.

u18's away to Swansea :

Kurylowicz, Cesay, Lusala, Craig Craig, Binks (C), Cooper, Robson, Etete, Pedder, Whittaker

On the subs bench - Asante, Lo-Tutala, Mundle, Muir

Etete back in he team - assume he was out injured for a couple of weeks ?

Both the Craig twins start again.

First appearance on bench of Lo-Tutala (first year GK)

Whittaker wins a penalty, scored by Etete to make it Spurs 2-0 Swansea

Swansea score an own goal when a shot from Robson diverted past the Swansea GK to make it Spurs 3-0 Swansea

"Man of the match: Left winger Shilow Tracey was electric out wide for large periods of Friday nights game. He has now registered five assists from his opening four games of the league season."

BTW this guy is dedicated - he travelled to Wales for the U18 game today! 👍

Agreed,

What is a surprise is that Tracey seems to being developed away from being a Sissoko look alike to a credible AM/winger type - he was rubbish when he first arrived from Edbbsfleet in the sense he had very limited technique but had powerful fast running, but he seems to now be able to pass/cross with some purpose now. Not sure he has enough technique to play for Spurs first team....but if Sissoko can, maybe Tracey ? Not sure its a great idea but !

Off to see our under 21 team against Ipswich in the EFL cup tomorrow night, got to sit with the locals though as only two sides of the ground are open

Enjoy !

Looking forward to your thoughts on the u21s tomorrow though. Imo one of the more important matches of the season - chance to play mens teams !

Parrott and Tanganga were with first team at weekend, but both need football so be interesting to see if they figure or not - Poch has a history of stopping youngsters training with the first team of dropping back to u21s which means they don't play competitive football for months which I don't think is good, and Poch more recently seems to be relaxing that from time to time.
