Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

England u19s only managed 1 goal in 3 games against Wales, Austria and Montenegro last month to get knocked out of the u19 euros.

16 goals in 3 games this month against arguably better teams in Japan, Mexico and Romania...

Lankshear gets England's 7th!
Turned it off after the 6th goal, as couldn’t make out who was playing.

They only seemed to zoom in to avoid the blocked view on the left of the Gantry.

Surely they could remotely Zoom in and out, very frustrating. About as coherent as our VAR Diaz Vs Liverpool (though that was nice!).

I think this just reflects Spurs lack of focus on academy players development pretty much from a season or two after Kane became a first team regular - since that time we have had Winks who post injury was a significantly worse player than before which is why he wasn't playing much and has since moved on, and more recently Skipp who has had limited playing time since returning from his Norwich loan under Conte and now Ange..... and that's pretty much it !

So playing time in 2023 will probably mainly measure Kane playing time.

Currently Skipp is the Club trained player with most playing time with Austin and Whiteman the only other two qualifying as Club trained (Sarr may fit a PL definition through being registered as a Spurs u21 whilst on loan at Mainz, but not a UEFA definition I think),,,,. meaning we will fall short of the UEFA requirement of 4 club trained players to have a full 25 man squad.

So until we get through some of the current youngsters - Donley and current u21's look to have potential as do Devine and Scarlett - we will not score well in any of the type of comparison that you've posted,
