Spurs u18's away to Cork City Under-19s on Friday 21 July. at 12.00 in a pre-season friendly.

Be interesting to see which of the 11 new first years feature.

Morgan, Chaplin, Ajayi and Akhamrich (all 2nd Years) came off the bench for Spurs u21's v Enfield, so I suspect that none of those will be starters (unless programmed to play < one hour ?), although very likely on bench.

But that leaves 8 outfield players from 2nd years who are relatively likely to feature including Pele Arganese-McDermott (CB) who missed all of last season through injury but whose pro contract suggests he is highly rated.

Not included in u18 squad :

Chaplin (played v Enfield Tuesday), Simons, Wilhoft- King, Warren and Archer (both first year GK's), Egan-Riley.

Wilhoft-King and Chaplin will be big losses to the side

Cork have a decent team. Spurs with lots of possession but Cork GK hasn't touched the ball.
Their GK made a couple of saves in the last few mins. Our no 15 and the kid on the left wing did OK.
1-0 FT.

Yago Santiago highlight reel from the 0-0 game against Enfield

Yago Santiago seemed to be playing mainly from the left flank in that compilation, & looking to link up for 1-2s or to cut inside.

Primarily right-footed, but confident in possession, and has a burst of acceleration.

IIRC Mason put him on the first team bench for the final game of the season. Perhaps he's one of those players who looks comfortable training with our first team, so they're keeping an eye on his progress.
