I was going to say 555 days but that would be the 9th. Although i wouldn't put it past Levy.

That's bullshit. I'm an"older supporter" and l think Levy's penny pinching ways are going to cost us dearly in the long run

We didn't. We're short on numbers as well as our 'preferred targets', and replacements.

Surely something by now is not too much to ask? Or are we going to spend August getting the players to learn each others names?

They did yes but most didn't achieve what we did last season, most threw their clubs money and owners loans/ money at growth that didn't surpass ours. We achieved more as the 6th biggest club in the country finishing in the top 4 and final 2 in Europe than the majority of the league, all whilst investing £500m of our own money over the last decade into our infrastructure off the pitch.

We probably have around £600m-£700m to pay off that other teams don't. Our finance management is vital even if that's an unpleasant truth to accept for all of us that crave trophies and genuine success. £5m-£10m here and there does impact our future, if we negotiate £10m less spent each summer for the next decade that's £100m knocked off of our debts, 15-20% debt reduced because of brinkmanship it's tedious but it's equally as important for how we navigate through the clubs biggest debt spell in its history.

Not surprised. We have an excellent squad with no "bad eggs" or bad attitude like United. Apart from Janssen and GKN all our players are top quality.

I've been of the opinion we should keep Llorente but if Rondon is available at that price and willing to get splinters from the bench...

Mitrovic again a good option with the same proviso.

Rondon is 29 years of age and would add genuine options that allow us not only to use him from the bench but occasionally rest Kane if need be in select games. 8-10 league starts, all the cup games and cameos off the bench would probably see him start roughly 15 games and get 15-30 minutes in maybe a dozen more perhaps. If he's happy doing so for the next 3-4 seasons whilst picking up the most money he's earned in his career to date I think he'd be the perfect squad signing.

It would probably mean that we are not only sufficiently covered for if Kane gets an injury but we could probably rest him when he's fully fit in games against certain teams as well. Less mental fatigue for Harry and less burden all for £16.5m if Rondon as you said is game for it for a few seasons.
