Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

So basically you're saying Eriksen sees the league cup as a mickey mouse trophy? If so, evidence please.

Christ's sake..... You're just being willfully stupid here surely?

But if no wants him, what are we going to do? What is Eriksen going to do? Go and play in the chinese league like Dembele for big bucks? I don't see it myself.

Run his deal down and walk away in 12 months, licking his lips at a big signing on bonus perhaps?

No it's your fault because you choose to think that way, I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Only becasue you are a cuck for him. :)

I remind you what sparked this debate:

You said there was an up-side to him playing shit in the CL final..... There isn't.

Can we end this bollocks now?

Of course I believe in my own arguments but if someone makes a good argument my mind can be changed

Ditto... Pretty pointles discourse on your part then, innit, unless your end-point is that a forum is a waste of time.

It looks like you're indulging baseless speculation yourself by claiming these clubs, fit his criteria. You put Athletico Madrid on the list because they won the league 5 years ago, like he would really leave us to go them, give me a break.

Fucking hell.....

I've refuted your point about "RM or no-one" solidly enough.

You're getting more and more desperate here.

No body is getting to me, I just want a trophy
Season 17/18 was better than 18/19, we lost less home matches for a starter, it is painful leaving the stadium after losing a match. We had a poor PL show in the last 8-10 games. It would have been a terrible 18/19 without the quarter and semi final CL wins.
I have supported Spurs similar number of years.

18/19 was a more painful season, but like I said in a different post - we won 23 league games in both, and personally I felt insanely deflated leaving Wembley after the Burnley and Swansea draws early on - and almost physically sick after Dele taking the lead only to lose against Utd in the semi.

We were arguably closer to winning a trophy last season sitting on a 1 goal lead in our temporary home, with a shit Chelsea side waiting for us in the final.

Perhaps I would just say 18/19 had higher highs, and lower lows.

I'm still insanely bitter about this prick and not sure I could ever wish Benfica well

Steady. You can't really blame the man in the gilet on Benfica

I cannot bare the idea of watching that front three again playing every minute...

Probably for the best. I’m not sure that you getting naked would really improve things for Spurs anyway! :allitongue:

Today's BBC news.

Tottenham have held talks with the agent of Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes, 24, over a move from Sporting Lisbon. (Telegraph)

Lyon have had a £16m bid turned down for Woolwich and Tottenham target Joachim Andersen, with the 23-year-old Danish defender valued at £31m by his club Sampdoria. (Star)

It’s spreading. I’m sure the Lyon supporters are in their forums talking about their cheap prick chairman! “They have him rated for £31m and you offered £16m?!?! Get your wallet out you cheap cunt?!”

Christ's sake..... You're just being willfully stupid here surely?
Nope, but feel free to explain.

Run his deal down and walk away in 12 months, licking his lips at a big signing on bonus perhaps?
Walk away to where though? Athletico Madrid? I don't think money is a big motivation.

Only becasue you are a cuck for him. :)

Can we end this bollocks now?
What I said was the upside was RM not being interested in him. There is no cuck for him, only an acceptance that although he's not a world class player, he is a quality player and one we will have to be big bucks to replace. The player will also have to score more than 10 goals and 12 assists for you to consider that a good return, which is a tall order, so I'm happy for him to stay and strengthen where ever we can.

Ditto... Pretty pointles discourse on your part then, innit, unless your end-point is that a forum is a waste of time.
No it's not pointless, I'm still open to having mind changed if you come up with good enough arguments

Fucking hell.....

I've refuted your point about "RM or no-one" solidly enough.

You're getting more and more desperate here.
You've refuted it with your own speculation.

We just build a stadium that went over budget and ended up costing a billion pounds. If we had the money to buy these players right now then we would already have bought them.

We do have the funds available to make transfers regardless of the stadium though.
It's not like we paid £1 billion on a debit card.
Even if we had an owner worth £5 billion (more than Mansour) it would be poor business to rush through deals so that clueless fans can feel satisfied with the early spending.

Argentina are such a dumpster fire. That team is full of players that dominate their domestic leagues but for whatever reason lose their footballing brain when playing for the national team.
Bit like England for most of my life then. Glad it's not just us.

Kane's been highly productive despite multiple injury absences... On projection he'd have had another 40+ goal season if he'd managed to stay fit.
17 league goals..
Only Defoe and Bale have higher returns since Klinsmann in 1995.

Are you going to tell me that strikers are judged on how they return from injury rather than how many goals they score?

Goals or not I preferred Kane’s overall game a couple years ago

Why do I have the feeling the entire world is just messing with us? I bet we will find out that Ndomble isn't even a real person soon...

Edit: I mean his first name is Tanguy. Tan Guy. Thats some made up shit!

The cynic in me when it comes to Spurs transfers is getting more worried with each passing day that one of the following will happen with regard to Ndombele...

Either A) Lyon release an official statement officially declaring that Ndombele will not be sold because they're fed up with our brinkmanship.

Or B) Another club, probably Real, will just jump in, pay the money Aulas is asking for immediately and have the whole deal tied up within 48 hours.

Tell me I'm being too paranoid. :kanehand:
