I believe all of those valuations at the time they were mentioned.
I believe DL declared a price of 130m (or 80m) at the beginning of the 2019 summer TW. No approaches were made. Then at the end of the 2019 summer TW DL declared a lower price of 50m. Still no approaches were made. This leads me to personally believe that no approaches were made, but that a declared price tag wasn't the problem, no actual interest was.
Again I believe we didn't sell because nobody ever made a decent offer, because nobody was interested
You believe an unrealistic price tag scared off interested parties
Yes, but personally I don't think that would've been a good idea

All jokes aside, I get that you feel things should've been better as soon as summer 2018 regarding this transfer. However I hope you can admit that
to some extent it's easy to say all this in hindsight. (I think everyone expected that at least some decent approaches would've been made by clubs). My motto would always be "Listen to offers, you can negotiate a bit but be cautious since the player actually wants to leave". If Levy would've ever declined a decent offer for Eriksen, you could rightfully blame him for it
to some extent because in hindsight we already know he was sold for peanuts in the end.
