I'd have Reggie Rodon Toby Tanganga to bring us home to above the arse but below the Uefa Conference League.

Next season I'd have Reggie Rodon Anderson Tanganga but to be honest it doesn't matter as Skipp will be in front of them.

In that case with Skipp on the park I'd have a back four of Hitchen, Dele's brother, Mason, Doherty.
Depending on the manager, I think we might see those four + whoever the direct RB replacement for Aurier is (*cough* Max Aarons *cough*). If Conte came in that'd be my expectation and I think unleashing Reguilon to go forward as much as he pleases, hell even Doherty might look competent doing that on the other side, would be the intention.

From my matey in the press

1. Wolves coach is leaving; fell out over Europa league exit and club in big financial mess due to covid.
2. Further to that, Wolves will be selling. Pablo Neto linked with us.
3. We aren't interested in Traore. Some of our former staff worked with him at QPR and have terrible reports on his attitude and ability to follow tactics.
4. Greilish - a lot of clubs queueing up. However, by all accounts he is 'a bit of a prick' and a disruption. Needs to be in a squad with lots of fellow brits to match his sense of humour. Already on 2 out of 3 strikes for his behaviour at the England camp.
5. Expect a bail out for the clubs. Several EPL clubs in dire financial situation. Relegation (and the parachute payment) could be a blessing in disguise.

Not based on any inside info, but his own opinion. Spurs will be out of pocket 10's of millions from stadium closure and 10's of millions by not getting european football next season. With stadium capacity due to be restricted for a long time its almost guaranteed that Spurs will have to sell one of their big guns for significant money.

He's capable of a good game going forwards, yes. Sometimes he's quite useful going forwards. But he's an absolute liability at the back. Is he actually capable of having a good game at the back? In crucial games, he always mucks it up at the back. Always. He's an accident waiting to happen. It's stressful watching him, because you know he's going to trip someone up outside the box and then they score a goal from a free-kick. He's one of the leakiest holes in our defence.

I'd give Doherty another season, because sometimes it takes time to warm into a team. Not everyone gets going straight away....
Agree with all that bar Docherty

It’s bigger than tens of millions....closer to 100M lost revenue and will increase with every game that it’s full capacity

honestly clubs are absolutely fucked if next season starts with reduced capacity and threat of a third wave, bar City and Chelsea

I think Sissoko deserves a bit more respect. He battled a really hard first season with lots of criticism to have a really good couple of years. He earnt my respect. It may be time for him to move on now, but I don't think he's the biggest problem we've had recently. He works hard at what he does... we've lacked players around him bringing the quality that they used to 2 years ago.... He spends half his time covering for Aurier when he plays now...
All true until around four or five months ago - he’s a shadow of that battling, bustling player. Always been a braindead, awkward footballer but now his legs have gone, he’s horrendous

Traore was never at QPR. The only Traore that was there was the ex Woolwich fullback about ten years ago!

Agree on the finances but if everyone is fucked then there Isn’t going to be enough money floating around to sell players at large prices. That opinion sounds biased to me.

And there is where the finances of football are rigged.

Madrid/Barca will get unlimited funding from their dubious sources.

Chelsea, PSG and City will get whatever they need from their owners.

United will somehow manage a 100m sponsorship deal on Rashford's school meals.

And clubs that rely on traditional income will be well and truly fooked.

Let's see what Levy can get for the Stadium naming rights! haha

and people still question why we will have to sell Kane or can’t buy Dias for £60 million or want to join a super league which guarantees £300 million a year!

Clubs like us, Woolwich etc who try and do it properly by only using what we earn are always going to be at a disadvantage. The stadium hasn’t even been open for a whole season with fans in it. The financial power of that hasnt even been realised whatsoever.

Forget the incomings.

Just sell the shit first. I would deem that a success for this transfer window.

Use the youth players, they aren't worse than the performances these other jokers have put in.

I'm pretty much accepting minimal investment this summer until we get rid of the shit. If we don't then I'm expecting very little in terms of incomings.

I like Tanganga but he's done little to show he he should be starting at RB for us. Capable of strong defending and unbelievable blocks but has plenty of dodgy moments and iffy technique. Needs a loan where he'll play 30 games imo, probably needed it this year or last.

I think the problem goes much deeper than our plentiful supply of near-universal piss-boilers. The chemistry in our squad appears to be rancid, and is being fuelled by some of the most senior and highly-regarded players.

Who exactly are Madrid's "dubious sources"?

Mourinho seriously interested in Dier, Romania main target

Jesus, we'd never be so lucky. Could definitely see him being interested in Lamela or Lucas, and they'd both fit well in Serie A.

Yeah, I'd have reservations about letting Lucas go, he is the one player that always has drive in him
I'd have none to be honest. I like his effort and he has natural ability, but the squad needs a purge and he's the right age to make a decent fee. Not a player you can really plan much around as his standout quality is just instinctive blind alley runs 3/4 times per game. Doubt his usefulness especially if we bring in a coach valuing possession.
