I am not sold on Tielemans as the main CMF target for a MF-2. There are several "affordable" options available that I'd rather take of him - one being Lovro Majer.

Ah, yeah, I'd prefer Perisic in that position, but assuming Perisic is a no go, then Cornet would possibly be a dark horse.

The upside on Cornet is of course his age, he is 25-26 and in or entering his prime years. And we know that he works in the league. 9 goals for Burnley is nothing to scoff at.
Perisic would be my number 1 target to be fair
I'd take Sterling if he could be tempted if he decides to move on from City, especially for the right money. He can be frustrating at times but he's always a big threat with his pace and movement. A front three of Kane, Son and Sterling with Kulusevski playing in the hole with Bentancur and Skipp (or someone better) behind him. I'll take that.
